Plastic Pallet Hydraulic Press
The plastic pallet forming hydraulic press adopts the hot molding process and is a new waste plastic recycling solution. It is used to produce molded plastic pallets, which is low-cost and environmentally friendly. It has been widely used in the field of plastic pallet production.

Plastic pallet production process:
• Use an extruder to process waste plastics and other formula raw materials into dough.

• Cut the edges and repair the shape of the extruded finished product.

Start the hydraulic press power switch – start the operation button to quickly move down – slowly press down – maintain pressure – quickly return – take out the product.
Features of plastic pallet hydraulic press:
1. The three beams of the plastic pallet hydraulic press are welded by two-way welding of Q345B high-quality steel plates. The welding ports meet national standards. The welds are X-rayed and then tempered to eliminate the internal stress of the structural parts, improve the strength, and are not easy to deform. The lower plane of the slider and the upper plane of the workbench are T-grooved according to the requirements of the mold drawing, and fine milling is performed.
2. The hydraulic press column is fixed to the beam with eight pairs of nuts. The nuts can be adjusted to adjust the parallelism between the three beams. The column’s friction surface is subjected to medium-frequency quenching and external cylindrical fine grinding. The guide sleeve between the column and the slide beam is attached with polytetrafluoroethylene wear-resistant material and connected to the lubricating oil pipe.
3. A pull rod or pull wire displacement sensor is connected between the upper and lower beams and connected to the electronic control system.
4. The hydraulic station adopts an integrated design, and the high-pressure pipeline connection between the oil cylinder is connected with an SAE flange, which has good sealing. The motor uses a well-known brand servo motor, which is more energy-saving and has lower noise. It forms a servo system with a servo oil pump and a servo driver.
5. The control system adopts an industrial touch-screen PLC operating system, which can set various system parameters and read real-time status by touch. The plastic pallet hydraulic press can realize manual and automatic operation and be connected in series with the production line. The PLC module reserves the Industrial Internet of Things interface.
